The Kia Niro

Low emissions hybrid crossover

Eco-Friendly Driving

The All-New Niro employs a parallel hybrid system that switches between petrol and electric power, or uses a combination of both, and charges the battery whenever it can. The system is seamless and responsive while achieving CO2 emissions as low as 88 g/km.

427 litres of luggage

Thanks to the location of the battery pack under the seats, the Niro provides 427 litres of luggage space with rear seats and an impressive 1,425 litres when the rear seats are folded. These figures reduce by 54 litres on the Niro '2' grade up due to the luggage tray.

Settle into the spacious cabin of the All-New Niro and you'll find a soothing balance of technology and comfort. Relax in leather seats (model dependent) with an integrated memory system on the range-topping 'First edition' that keeps you poised for every journey. Explore an array of controls and displays designed to help you stay focused on the road ahead.

Adaptive Smart Cruise Control function (SCC)

A radar sensor behind the grille measures the distance to the vehicle ahead, and automatically maintains a safe distance by controlling speed, up to the speed set by the driver even if the driver does not accelerate or brake. Available as a standard feature on the '4'.

Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB)

Evaluating both camera and radar data, Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) can detect a potential collision with a vehicle, pedestrian or obstacle, warn you and even apply maximum braking power to stop the vehicle or minimise damage. Available as a standard feature on the '4'.

Colour TFT Cluster

Hybrid utility vehicle specified cluster creates a high-tech image and displays environmentally friendly information to help you go further. Available on the '2', '3' and '4'.

Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS)

This feature is designed to alert the driver that the vehicle is about to deviate from a traffic lane. The system helps the car stay on course within the centre of the lane by continuously applying a small amount of countersteering force.
